Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager to lead operations and staff with a customer‑centered approach. The role includes a 5‑week manager‑training course, hiring and developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Base Pay + Commission + Bonus Opportunities! The position emphasizes driving sales, meeting safety and legal requirements, controlling expenses, and maintaining a clean, stocked store.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
