Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. This role focuses on developing staff, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The position includes a manager-training program and opportunities for advancement, with compensation featuring base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Other duties as assigned
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
