Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience or more.
• Ability to effectively motivate others and lead a team.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.

• Meet performance metrics and help staff meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales and meet banking, safety, and legal requirements.
