Palm Beach Tan in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales performance. You will recruit, train, and develop store staff, create a positive work environment for both employees and customers, and ensure the store meets performance metrics and compliance requirements.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, achieving sales goals, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a well-organized, welcoming store environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate staff and maintain a positive environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Manage store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help staff meet metrics.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize revenue.
• Ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
