Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager who will take full ownership of store operations, lead a team of 8-15 across all shifts, and ensure peak performance while upholding safety and service standards. The role requires hands-on leadership, available to work any shift, and a commitment to excellence.

You will manage inventory, vendor orders, and merchandising, while coaching staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance (for bank deposits).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Run the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire and train new team members with focus on growth and teamwork.
