Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and serve the community with enthusiasm and pride. You will oversee all aspects of operating a Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation.

Starting pay ranges from $54,000 to $64,700, with quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance. You will coach your team, manage labor, and drive strategic initiatives to maintain Casey’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and peak times; ensure scheduling is up to date and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, store walks, task lists, counts, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans to improve KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
