Job summary

Casey’s Store Manager role oversees all aspects of operating a Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation. You will hire, train, and coach team members, modeling Casey's CARES values to drive excellent guest experiences.

Starting pay range is $54,000 - $64,700 with quarterly and annual bonuses. The position requires flexibility for varied hours and a hands-on leadership presence in the store.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way, coaching and mentoring your team to succeed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; maintain scheduling and communicate updates.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; protect company assets.
