Casey’s in Minnesota is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, deliver exceptional guest service, and maintain store operations with integrity. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and uphold Casey's CARES values while driving sales and profitability.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends. You’ll partner with district leadership to execute store initiatives and ensure safe, clean, and welcoming

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to goals.
• Ownership mindset.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and some holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 10–50 pounds; manual dexterity for daily tasks.
• Background check may be required per state licensing and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Keep store stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships and community presence.
• Hire, train, and supervise new Team Members; coach and mentor your team.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; maintain scheduling accuracy.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventories, and Direct Store Deliveries (DSD).
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Complete trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
