Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-focused team in Minnesota. You will drive store performance, hire and coach staff, and ensure flawless guest service while upholding Casey's CARES values.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling oversight, and the ability to manage costs and store operations. You will oversee food preparation, inventory, and safety programs, participate in training, and collaborate with district leadership to execute action plans.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members in the Casey's Way.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling updated.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, store walks, task lists, audits, and inventory; manage Direct Store Deliveries and asset protection.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans addressing KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
