Qualifications

• Ability to travel between locations.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless store execution: service, merchandising, procedures and sales performance.
• Drive customer loyalty by promoting the membership program and sign-ups.
• Oversee store operations and performance, shaping employee development and retention.
• Meet sales goals through training, motivation, and coaching of the team.
• Maintain store standards and profitability with effective sales strategies and expense control.
• Manage cash handling and maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and customers.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
