Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN, is seeking an experienced retail store leader responsible for all aspects of store operations, including coaching teammates, merchandising, and promotions. The role focuses on driving sales, customer satisfaction, and loyalty while managing staff, payroll, and budgets.

A High School Diploma plus retail management success is required; a 2-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive_customer and company vehicles.
• 2 year college degree or equivalent.
