Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a store operations leader to drive customer service, sales and promotions in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure profitability while maintaining high loyalty and satisfaction across our tire and automotive services network.

The role requires retail sales management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle inventory and merchandising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven success in retail sales management.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Aptitude for inventory control, scheduling and merchandising.
• Ability to assist customers and handle complaints to ensure loyalty.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication skills.
• Must hold a valid driver's license to drive company/customer vehicles.
• Preferred: 2-year college degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and drive store sales and promotions.
• Coach and develop store teammates and manage staff scheduling.
• Track payroll, budgets and store goals; maintain records.
• Maintain inventory, order scheduling and merchandising displays.
• Attend paid training to stay current with automotive service industry.
• Support customer satisfaction and loyalty initiatives.
