Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales across the district. The role requires a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours across five days, including weekends, with responsibilities spanning customer service, staffing, payroll tracking, and inventory control.

The position offers a substantial pay range ($61,300.00 - $104,200.00) and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, 401(k) with match, and ongoing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Customer service.

• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Keep records and relevant financial information current.

• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
