Pay range is $61,300.00 to $104,200.00. The role emphasizes customer service, sales leadership, inventory control, payroll tracking and staff scheduling to meet goals. High school diploma required; a two-year degree is preferred, with on-the-job training and ASE certifications available.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.

Responsibilities

• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Keep records and relevant financial information current.

• Attend paid training to stay up‑to‑date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
