Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our company-owned automotive retail stores. You will ensure high customer service standards, drive store sales and promotions, and manage staff scheduling, payroll, and budgets to meet goals.

The role requires a flexible 40+ hour workweek, including weekends, with opportunities for training and advancement. A valid driver’s license is required to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving for customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising.
• Ability to assist customers for personal sales and complaints.
• Strong teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles.
