Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a store operation leader responsible for every aspect of store performance, including coaching, merchandising and promotions. The role drives sales and delivers excellent customer service while ensuring payroll and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience managing retail sales and staff.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Experience with inventory, scheduling and merchandising displays.

Responsabilités

• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty for teammates, customers and the company.
