Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive store sales and promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty across the team and customers.
• Manage payroll, budgets, and store goals; schedule staff accordingly.
• Train and develop staff with up-to-date automotive service knowledge.
• Maintain records and inventory; monitor merchandising and displays.
