The role typically requires 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, in a dynamic automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in retail sales management.
• Strong problem-solving skills for customer issues.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and displays.
• Must assist customers for personal sales and complaints to ensure loyalty.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication.
• Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
