Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years general management experience including financial accountability.
• Experience supervising 50+ associates across multiple levels and roles.

Responsibilities

• Directs facility operations and leads management and hourly associates to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Ensures compliance with company policies; manages asset protection, safety controls and quality standards.
• Develops and implements plans to drive profitability, control expenses, budgets and capital allocation.
• Engages with community, partners and stakeholders to uphold Walmart values and contribute to local plans.
