Qualifications

• 2 years general management experience to include financial accountability.
• 2 years experience supervising 20 or more associates/employees including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly Associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, recognizing achievements, and promoting a culture of belonging.
• Drives the facility's financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and controlling expenses.
• Oversees safety, asset protection, quality assurance, and operational reviews; develops plans to correct deficiencies.
• Directs the management team in facility operations, merchandising, and alignment with company direction.
• Cultivates customer service excellence and builds strong, trusted relationships with associates and customers.
