• Direct and supervise the management team and hourly associates across facility operations and merchandising.
• Drive sales, manage expenses, budgeting and forecasting to meet profit goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy; engage with community and media as needed.
• Lead Academy training and store standards to develop a high-performing workforce.
• Foster a culture of integrity, belonging and customer service excellence.
