Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability.
• Experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and training may be required.
• All associates must complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities
