Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP in Enterprise, AL seeks a Store Manager to drive operations, merchandising and overall performance. You will lead the management team and hourly associates, hire/train mentors, and ensure adherence to company policy while maintaining high customer service standards.

You'll oversee budgeting, staffing, inventory, safety, and community engagement, develop talent, and deliver results in a dynamic retail environment with open door policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including performance management, mentoring, hiring and termination.
• Or 4 years general management experience with similar responsibilities and accountability.
• For facilities selling firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, merchandising and financial performance to meet sales and profit goals.
• Develop and mentor management and hourly associates; drive engagement and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, asset protection and quality standards.
• Build external partnerships and engage with the community per Walmart guidelines.
