Job summary

Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and manage day-to-day store operations in Kentucky. You will set sales goals, lead customer-facing activities, and ensure collections and policies are followed with integrity.

The role requires a track record in retail management, completion of RAC's development program, and strong computer skills for store operations. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be ready to lead a busy retail team.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee store sales activities.
• Oversee collections activities and provide leadership to ensure procedures are followed.
• Lead and direct store resources to achieve profitability and protect assets.
• Schedule and organize daily activities, hire and train coworkers, and manage retention.
• Maintain inventory, pricing, cash handling, and store security while resolving issues.
