You will oversee staffing, payroll, shrink control, merchandising, and customer experience, ensuring policy compliance and strong financial controls across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of Store Manager or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to achieve sales, profit, and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Maintain payroll, shrink control, and operating expenses with financial discipline.
• Ensure inventory controls and shrink prevention compliance.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards in store operations.
• Recruit, coach, and manage the store team to drive performance.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
