Mobilelink seeks a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead a Cricket Wireless location, driving sales, service, and customer experience. You will coach a team, implement programs, and ensure store operations meet standards while delivering outstanding results.

The role requires 2+ years in retail sales management, recruiting and developing teams, and strong coaching and communication skills, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commission-based).
• 2+ years recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve targets and provide exceptional service.
• Create a productive work environment where employees can excel.
• Oversee product launches, promotions, and training on new offerings.
• Ensure store compliance, reporting, and asset protection; assist HR and Loss Prevention as needed.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
