Responsibilities include staff training on products/promotions, partnering with the District Manager, and managing store assets and compliance. Flexible hours and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail sales management experience.
• 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Strong sales and leadership capabilities.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for assigned location.
• Lead, coach, and develop store team to meet targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and service.
• Educate staff on compensation plans to maximize sales.
• Train employees on new products and promotions.
• Collaborate with HR and Loss Prevention on investigations.
