Mobilelink is hiring a Retail Store Manager to oversee a Cricket Wireless location. You will drive sales, customer experience, and operations, leading a team to achieve targets and maintain store standards.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, schedule to budgeted hours, and participate in community events to grow the brand. A strong leadership mindset and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes radius from the home store.
• Shift: 8-hour shift - Weekdays and every Saturday.

Responsabilités

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and ensure store is clean and inviting.
• Train employees on new products and promotions and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support human resources and loss prevention in internal investigations.
• Represent Cricket Wireless at events to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
