Mobilelink is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee sales, service, and customer experience at a Cricket Wireless location. You will lead and coach a store team, drive performance, and ensure high standards of operations and inventory control.

You must have 2+ years of retail sales management, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours. The role includes recruiting, training, and promoting a positive, results-driven store environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail sales management experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and develop store sales teams.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Ability to motivate and coach others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and develop store team to achieve targets.
• Launch new products, services, or promotions with Cricket Wireless.
• Ensure staff training on products and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere and excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with the District Manager to support growth and brand standards.
• Schedule staffing to meet budgeted hours and store needs.
• Assist with internal investigations and back-office compliance.
