Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at a Cricket Wireless location. You will coach the team, manage inventory, execute promotions, and uphold service standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail sales management experience, is skilled at recruiting and developing staff, and can motivate others to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail sales management experience.
• 2+ years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Educate personnel on compensation plans and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or promotions.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions and are prepared to sell.
