Qualifikationen

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and deliver results.
• Create a work environment where employees excel and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Train staff on new products and promotions to drive sales.
• Support HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and maintain store atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with processes, Reports, and policies.
