Mobilelink seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a Cricket Wireless store’s sales and operations. You will drive sales, customer experience, and inventory control while coaching a team to outperform targets.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and process discipline to ensure a top-tier store experience. You will collaborate with district leadership to roll out promotions, train staff on new products, and maintain store compliance.

Formación

• 2+ years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to motivate and achieve performance targets.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Maintain back-office compliance, processes, reports, documentation, and policies.
