Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee all sales and operations for their Cricket Wireless location. Lead a team, drive customer experience, and ensure high performance across sales, service, and inventory.

Must coach staff, train on promotions, and partner with district leadership to implement new products. The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and the ability to work a schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop store sales staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve targets.
• Schedule staff and manage store hours to meet budgeted requirements.
• Educate employees on products, promotions, and compensation plans.
• Coordinate with the District Manager to launch new products and processes.
