89th & Madison is seeking a Store Manager for our New York location to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a high energy, customer-focused store environment. You will lead a team, optimize scheduling, and maintain visual standards while upholding company policies and KPIs.

You will model strong sales techniques, manage inventory, payroll, and training, and work to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in retail management.
• Multilingual a plus.
• Computer skills to include POS system, Word, Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed productivity and sales plan expectations.
• Maintain store assets and inventory; reduce shrinkage.
• Lead, train and coach associates on operations and policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service on the selling floor and manage staff performance.
