Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience, ideally with 1+ years in Assistant Manager responsibilities.
• Results-oriented with a strong sales focus and the ability to coach others.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal and store sales goals and develop sales skills among team members.
• Devise and implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and customer experience.
• Capture and manage client information including contact details.
• Address customer needs and objections with effective problem-solving.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store merchandise, pricing, and layout.
• Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards; use POS and CRM systems.
• Enforce loss prevention policies and inventory security.
• Follow operational policies and assist in onboarding new employees.
• Assist Store Manager in coaching and mentoring staff.
• Support recruitment and interviewing processes for new hires.
