Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail or specialty stores.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems (POS) and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates and supervisors to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Manage employee orientation, training & development initiatives to enhance team skills and performance.
• Handle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling of staff to ensure optimal staffing levels during all shifts.
• Maintain payroll, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures in compliance with company policies.
• Implement effective marketing strategies within the store to boost sales and customer engagement while managing store budgets responsibly.
