Cavender’s in Arlington, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales and profitability. You will lead the Store Management Team, coach staff, and ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

You will be on the sales floor, set performance expectations, manage scheduling and payroll, and develop high-performing teams committed to Cavender’s Best of the WEST service culture.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail management experience leading store operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with coaching ability.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and make data-driven decisions in English.
