Cavender’s is seeking a Department Manager to join our Store Management Team in Texas. You will support our culture, supervise team members, coach associates, and actively drive sales while maintaining a clean, safe, and policy-aligned environment.

You will also lead training and help achieve department and store sales goals. As Manager on Duty, you will support day-to-day operations, address customer concerns, and ensure excellent Best of the WEST service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell product and manage a retail department.
• Proven ability to drive results, develop talent, excel in customer service and exercise sound decision making.

Responsibilities
