As the leader of the Store Management Team, you will drive sales, profitability, and talent development, coaching associates and ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence while maintaining Cavender’s Best of the WEST standards on the floor.

• Progressive retail management experience leading store operations and teams.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and implement action plans in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; English required.
