Job summary

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree (or comparable leadership experience) and a track record in fast-paced retail, cross-functional teamwork, and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of leadership experience in a large retail environment with high sales volume.
• 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience building partnerships within the community.
• Experience using customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates deliver friendly, professional and timely service to all customers.
• Manage overall store operations including expenses, merchandising standards, safety, security, and workforce.
• Collaborate with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe’s business strategy at the store level.
