Job summary

Lowe's Stores in Texas seeks a Store Manager to lead overall store operations, guest service, and margin performance. You will partner with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe’s business plan on the floor and back office.

The role requires building a strong store culture aligned with Lowe’s mission, recruiting and developing talent, and using data to drive sales and service strategies. Travel is limited to meetings or trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years leading associates in a large retail environment with >$20M annual sales, or 5 years leading associates with the same sales threshold.
• 5 years of experience in a fast-paced cross-functional work environment.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships in a matrixed setting.
• Experience building partnerships within the community.
• Experience using customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions and plans.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations including expenses, merchandising standards, safety, and workforce.
• Collaborate with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe’s business strategy.
• Develop talent, recruit, and drive execution of sales and service strategies.
• Analyze data to inform store-specific strategies and improve customer experiences and margin.
