Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a full-time Store Manager who is enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and hard-working. This role leads store operations, delivers exemplary selling and customer service, trains staff, and partners with the District Manager to meet posted hours and sales goals.

You will manage inventory, plan product sets, supervise housekeeping, run events with the local community, and ensure policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of retail management experience including sales or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
• Two years or more of experience in specialty retail management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with store, corporate, and vendor partners to build strong customer relationships.
• Act as a visual merchandiser to translate brand into local execution.
• Manage inventory, stock sets, housekeeping, and stockroom duties.
• Plan in-store events and services and engage with the local community.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures and adapt to changes.
