Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three times per week, and work two weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.
• Build and share expertise on products, promotions, services, and brand rewards programs.
• Serve as a support for store management with the team.
• Help customers find the perfect card and gift solutions.
• Share and showcase stories and communities of caring to reinforce kindness.
• Handle store operations: stocking, ringing, shipments, inventory, and curbside deliveries.
• Deliver an exceptional consumer shopping experience that encourages return visits.
• Work as a team to meet sales goals for the store.
