Little Green Apple in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will train staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Director of Retail to execute company programs and events.

This exempt, salaried role focuses on sales growth, service excellence, and relationship-building with customers, staff, and partners, while maintaining brand standards and policies.

Formación

• Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail management experience, including sales, and/or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to close the store a minimum of one (1) time per week, and also work a minimum of four (4) weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, meetings, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Leads collaboration with store staff, corporate partners, and vendors to deliver store goals.

• Acts as a visual merchandiser to translate the brand into an in-store experience.

• Drives sales, customer service metrics, and overall store performance, adapting to changes in the business.
