Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a part-time Sales Leader to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a vibrant store environment. The role focuses on product knowledge, customer engagements, and relationship-building while supporting store operations and leadership duties under the Store Manager.

The ideal candidate demonstrates energy, reliability, and teamwork, with prior retail experience and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior retail experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Open and close the store a minimum of three times per week, and two weekend shifts per month.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.
• Building and sharing expertise on products, promotions, services, and brand rewards programs.
• Serves as a support for store management with the team and daily operations.
• Helping customers find the perfect card and gift solutions to fulfill their missions of caring and connecting.
• Delivering an exceptional consumer shopping experience that leaves guests inspired and eager to return.
