Little Green Apple in Papillion, NE, is seeking a Store Manager who is energetic, friendly, and hardworking to lead daily operations and train staff in exceptional customer service. The role focuses on sales, service, and relationship-building, while managing inventory and store standards.

You will work with the District Manager, implement in-store events, and ensure the store operates at all posted hours with a strong emphasis on community engagement.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of prior retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to close the store at least once per week and work a minimum of four weekend shifts per month.
• Flexibility to work events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in specialty retail management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with store, district, and vendor partners to build customer relationships.
• Model brand standards and translate store brand into local merchandising and service.
• Use POS systems and technology to manage sales, deposits, and operations.
• Manage inventory, product sets, housekeeping, and stockroom duties.
• Plan and execute in-store events and customer services with the local community.
• Uphold company policies and standards and perform other duties as assigned.
