Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role in a retail environment. The position focuses on sales, service, and relationship-building, with leadership duties including product knowledge sharing and daily task management as directed by the Store Manager.

Responsibilities also include inventory, stockroom duties, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience. The role requires at least one year in retail or customer service, flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three (3) times per week, and also work two (2) weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.
• Build and share expertise on products, promotions, services, and rewards programs.
• Serve as a support for store management with the team.
• Assist customers in finding gift solutions and drive sales.
• Support with stockroom duties, inventory, and merchandising.
• Open or close the store as required and report to the Store Manager.
• Deliver an exceptional consumer shopping experience to encourage return visits.
