Job summary

Ashley Furniture's Memphis store seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires guiding sales, guest experience, and visual teams, while maintaining budgeted costs and ensuring accurate reporting.

You will coach and develop staff, oversee performance evaluations, and coordinate regular staff meetings to optimize operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate employees to achieve sales KPIs.
• Ability to handle guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales KPIs, including volume, margin, closing ratio, sales per guest, bedding, and protection.
• Handle customer-related issues escalated above the Guest Experience Manager or Lead.
• Provide exceptional leadership and timely, effective communication to the sales, guest experience, and visual teams.
• Coach associates to build individual and team success in a professional manner.
• Audit employee performance and administer performance evaluations for assigned staff as needed.
