Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, managing inventory and cash handling, maintaining merchandising standards, and executing local sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership, coaching, and customer service experience in retail.
• Ability to analyze financial data and drive decisions.
• Paint, coatings, or related product knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts (min 45 hrs/week).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to achieve sales, profitability, service, and operational goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store team members to build a high-performing team.
• Schedule employees, manage labor costs, and ensure staffing levels.
• Coach on selling techniques, product knowledge, and upselling strategies.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to grow business via outreach and calls.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through service standards and engagement.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and accuracy.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store organization.
• Oversee cash handling, POS processes, and daily financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Analyze sales performance and store scorecards to inform decisions.
• Develop and execute local sales and marketing initiatives.
