You will develop a high-performing team, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure profitability and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of retail management or outside sales experience, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze financial data to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail store experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail management or outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make business decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer service, and goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store team members to build a high-performing team.
• Schedule employees, manage labor costs, and ensure staffing levels.
• Coach associates on selling techniques, product knowledge, and upselling.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong service standards.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store organization.
• Oversee cash handling, POS processes, and daily financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Analyze sales performance and store scorecards to inform decisions.
• Develop and execute local sales and marketing initiatives.
